Madison, WI – The Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (PIAW) is pleased to announce that the 2023 recipient of Wisconsin’s Outstanding CSR of the Year Award is Jennifer DeGeorge, CIC of Vizance in Hartland, WI.

The Outstanding CSR of the Year award was created in 1991 by the Societies of CISR and CIC and recognizes the important role that the customer service representative plays in the day-to-day care and service of a customer in the insurance industry. The Wisconsin award recipient is selected by PIAW’s Board of Directors and PIAW’s Education Committee through a comprehensive process.

Jennifer’s exceptional professionalism, willingness to lend support to her colleagues, and ability to find creative solutions has had a tremendous impact on her agency, as well as in the lives of her clients. Her consideration for her clients, dedication to providing the best service, and desire to continue learning earned her the title of the 2023 Outstanding CSR of the Year.

“Jennifer takes the time to really understand each of her clients’ needs and how best to help them. There are so many examples that I could share of how well Jennifer has serviced her clients,” said Erin Konkol, CIC, CISR of Vizance.

The formal presentation of the award will occur at PIAW’s annual conference, Engage 2023, at the Grand Geneva Hotel & Spa in Lake Geneva on October 5^th.

PIAW congratulates Jennifer and Vizance for this prestigious achievement and wishes her luck as she proceeds into the competition for the national title against other state winners.

State Outstanding CSR of the Year recipients go on to compete for the National Outstanding CSR of the Year Award, which will be selected by the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research in the coming months.
