Lindsey Henry Is Named Wisconsin’s 2024 Outstanding CSR of the Year
Madison, WI – The Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (PIA) is pleased to announce that Lindsey Henry, CIC of M3 Insurance in Madison, WI is the 2024 recipient of Wisconsin’s Outstanding CSR of the Year Award.
In 1991, the Societies of CISR and CIC created the Outstanding CSR of the Year award to recognize the important role that the customer service representative plays in the day-to-day care and service of a customer in the insurance industry. The Wisconsin award recipient is selected annually by PIA’s Education Committee through a comprehensive review process.
Lindsey’s supervisors commend her willingness to learn and deepen her knowledge of coverage lines and offerings so that she can provide exceptional service to her clients. Furthermore, she consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that her clients have the necessary understanding to make important policy decisions and is always working to build the necessary rapport a client should have with their agent advisor.
“In an insurance market that has been delivering challenging renewals and protracted hard market conditions, Lindsey recognizes the need to raise the stakes with customer service. She understands her clients are looking for not just responsiveness, but they want their needs anticipated with creativity and efficiency throughout their insurance purchasing process,” said Raymond Koenig, Partner and Senior Account Executive at M3 Insurance.
The formal presentation of the award will occur at PIAW’s annual conference, Engage 2024, at the Oneida Hotel in Green Bay on October 17th.
In receiving this award, Lindsey will now be entered to go and compete for the National Outstanding CSR of the Year Award, which will be selected by the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance (formerly known as the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research) in the coming months.
PIA wishes the sincerest congratulations to Lindsey and M3 Insurance, commends them on this prestigious accomplishment and wishes Lindsey luck in her pursuit of the national title.
