Highlighting Jackson Chesbro: PIA National’s Company Representative of the Year

The National Association of Professional Insurance Agents recently announced the winners of its 2024 Fall Awards, honoring outstanding contributions from industry leaders dedicated to supporting independent insurance agents. Jackson Chesbro, CIC, AIC of SECURA Insurance, received the prestigious national Company Representative of the Year award, reflecting his ongoing commitment to advancing the success of independent agencies, particularly through his exceptional collaboration with PIA of Wisconsin.

Jackson continues to make a substantial impact through his unique approach to agency support and business growth. Known for his ability to design strategic campaigns that enhance an agency’s presence in the marketplace, he goes beyond the typical role of a sales manager. By focusing on helping agencies boost their visibility and engagement, he provides meaningful support that contributes directly to their long-term success.

In addition to his work alongside agencies, Jackson has been a leader volunteering within the PIA of Wisconsin. He is a dedicated advocate of PIA’s mission, participating actively in the Young Professional Insurance Network (YPIN) and consistently volunteering with and attending PIA of Wisconsin’s annual events. His support of hallmark events, like PIA Wisconsin’s Winter-Get-Away and annual convention, has brought greater visibility and engagement to PIA programs across the state.

During PIA of Wisconsin’s annual Engage 2024 convention, Jackson was formally recognized by PIA of Wisconsin for his outstanding achievement in receiving this well-deserved national award. His dedication to independent agents, his passion for agency growth, and his steadfast commitment to PIA make him a shining example for all within the insurance industry.
